So here's a guide for ripping from Naruto Online's mobile game. You need to download Bluestacks and the Naruto Online Mobile apk. Open the Naruto Online Mobile apk (it should have a foreign title in the app), and download the latest version (it should prompt. I don't read that language, so I just guessed). Once that's done, download ES File Explorer. Open that, and click on APP, then the naruto app (it should have a picture of Naruto and Sasuke on it), followed by "view apk content" The models are located in Assets>Assetbundles>World The numbers are a bit intimidating, but I've listed my findings for the character codes further down:
